Frequently asked questions
Can my partner or spouse stay with me in the Annabelle Inn but not participate in the retreat?
Absolutely! The easiest way to do this is to book one of the Single Occupancy room options (all have queen beds). There is no additional cost for your partner or spouse to stay with you in a Single Occupancy room. If you wish to reserve one the Double Occupancy rooms (each has either two queen beds or two full beds), there will be an additional cost to cover the other half of the room price. Please reach out to us at info@getnourished.life and we can let you know what that cost will be.
Do I have to attend all of the activities?
This is your retreat, so remember - all activities are optional. We encourage you to listen to your inner wisdom that tells you when to join in, and when to do your own thing (which may mean rest!).
Do I need to be an experienced yoga practitioner to participate?
Not at all! The yoga classes will be accessible to practitioners of all levels experience, even those who are brand new or newer to yoga. Kerry's approach to Gentle and Restorative Yoga incorporates the use of props and modifications for the needs of individual students, so you will be empowered to only do what feels good and safe and nourishing for you.
Does the retreat price include transportation to Aspen, CO?
It's up to you to arrange and pay for transportation to and from the retreat. Please refer to the Pricing & Details section on our Retreat Details page for more details about what is included and not included in the price of the retreat.
What should I know if I'm flying in from out of state?
- You have two airport options: fly into the Denver airport (DEN) or to fly into the Aspen airport (ASE).
- If you fly into the Aspen airport, the Anabelle Inn shuttle will pick you up and bring you to the Inn, no charge. If you book a flight into the Aspen airport, please forward your itinerary us and we'll have their shuttle pick you up.
- If you fly into Denver, you'll need to arrange a shuttle or rental car from Denver to Aspen. The shuttle service that the Anabelle Inn recommends is Epic Mountain Express. It's a 3.25 - 5.5 hour drive (depending upon the route) from Denver to Aspen. In a rental car, you could drive over gorgeous (and narrow) Independence Pass which cuts the drive down to 3.25 hours. A shuttle van would need to stay on the Interstate highway and it would be more like 5.5 hour drive.
- Because it's a small regional airport, flying into Aspen is more expensive than flying into Denver. However, once you add the cost of the shuttle/rental car/etc from Denver, it may be the best option.

What is your refund policy?

Simply notify us in advance. In the event of medical emergencies we may, at our discretion, grant a full refund of the entire amount you've paid (minus $50 to cover credit card processing fees).
