PRE-RETREAT

Your retreat begins the moment you sign up.

 

Laura & Kerry will reach out to connect with you for a brief phone conversation to learn more about you and your hopes for your extended weekend of self-care. 

DAY 1: Arrive

We'll meet at the Annabelle Inn at 4pm for a warm welcome & tour of our lovely accommodations. Set down your bags, say goodbye to your to do list, and settle into your cozy room.

 

That evening, we'll enjoy dinner together and gather for an opening circle to connect with our group of amazing women. 

DAY 2: Recharge

Begin your day with an optional meditation, delicious breakfast, and a rejuvenating Gentle Yoga practice + talk on how to weave self-care into daily life in a practical way.

After lunch and free time on your own, you'll be treated to a culinary nutrition class followed by a deliciously healthy dinner. Wind down with a Restorative Yoga class for better sleep.

 

DAY 3: Nourish

After breakfast, learn pro tips for making nutritious smoothies (and sample the delicious goods!). A Gentle Yoga practice follows, with the promise of a long savasana at the end.

After an optional afternoon hike at the top of Aspen Mountain, and a tasty dinner (you'll learn to make!), gather by the fireplace for an evening of nourishing creativity. We'll supply the project!

 

DAY 4: Return

Your final day before re-entry into real life offers you some great ideas for healthy and creative breakfast foods, followed by a hearty and delicious brunch.

 

We'll honor our time together with a closing circle that will give you a chance to process and plan for how you will bring a new approach to nourishment into your full, scheduled, beautiful life. 

POST-RETREAT

Stay connected with new friends and keep in touch with the quiet, wise part of yourself that you rediscovered on your Aspen adventure.

 

Laura and Kerry are here to support you in your ongoing quest for nourishment in real life, and we'll support the group in staying in touch in simple but meaningful ways that will remind you to make time to slow down.

Friends & Family Registration Period: April 22 - May 22

We'd love to fill our retreat with our dear friends and family. Recharge with us at the lowest price available ($100 off)! Starting May 23, we'll be advertising nationally and anticipate our 12 available tickets to nourishment booking up quickly.

 

To reserve your spot, process your nonrefundable $500 deposit via credit card with the deposit ticket below.

 

Early Bird Pricing Ends: June 10 - prices go up by $100 thereafter

To receive the $100 Early Bird discount, you must make your final payment by June 10th. 

 

Final Registration and Payment Deadline: August 15

All full-price final payments must be received by August 15th, 2019.
